You can pay a payment notice by SEPA transfer, instant or standard. The bank details and the reference to use are shown in the console when you pay.
Prerequisites
  • An OnetSolutions account
  • A payment notice awaiting payment

Make the transfer

1

Open the payment notice

In the console, go to Billing > Payment notices and open the notice you want to pay.
2

Choose bank transfer

Click Pay, then choose Bank Transfer.
3

Copy the details

The console shows the IBAN, the BIC, the bank and the reference to use, in the form FACTURE-12345678. Each field has a button to copy it.
4

Send the transfer from your bank

Transfer the amount of the notice and enter the reference exactly as shown in the transfer’s description (also called remittance information or payment reference).
The reference is required: it is what links your transfer to your payment notice. With no reference, or a wrong one, the transfer has to be matched by hand, which takes much longer.

When the payment arrives

The payment is recorded as soon as the transfer is received and matched to the payment notice.

New orders: mind the timing

An unpaid new order is cancelled automatically the day after its payment notice is due. A standard transfer can take up to 3 business days, so it may arrive after the order is cancelled, especially when it is sent on a Friday or over a weekend. For a new order, prefer an instant transfer, a card or PayPal: the service is then activated straight away.
Was your order cancelled although you had paid? Open a ticket from the console with the date and amount of your transfer. We match your payment and restore your order.

Renewals

For an existing service, the renewal payment notice is issued 15 days before it is due. Send a standard transfer at least 3 business days before that date: if the payment has not arrived by the due date, the service is suspended until it is paid. To stop worrying about it, turn on automatic payment by card or PayPal.
