Our VPS, Hosting, and domain name services are commitment-free, allowing you to cancel at any time without any obligations. However, to ensure a smooth process, please take note of the following details:

  1. Termination Request: If you wish to terminate your services, please submit a cancellation request at least 15 days prior to the expiry date. This will allow us to process your request in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in the generation of an invoice for the renewal period.

  2. Invoice Generation and Access: If we do not receive a termination request within the specified timeframe, an invoice will be generated and made available in your customer area. Please be aware that the invoice will be accessible for a period of 35 days from the date of issue. It is crucial to manage the termination request within this timeframe to avoid any unnecessary charges.

  3. Automatic Renewal: To provide convenience and ensure uninterrupted service, the renewal of your services is automatic if we do not receive a cancellation request at least 15 days before the expiry date. This enables you to have peace of mind knowing that your services will be renewed systematically at the end of each term. Payment for the renewal can be made automatically through PayPal or credit card.

  4. Suspension for Non-Payment: If payment is not received by the product expiry date, the service will be suspended until payment is made.

  5. Domain Name Renewal: For domain name services, please note that the registry charges us a fee if the renewal does not occur before the expiry date. This fee will be passed on to you in the invoice.
