Services automatically renew unless a cancellation request is received at least 15 days before expiry.
If you cancel at least 15 days before expiry:
  • No renewal invoice is generated
  • Service terminates at the end of the current period

How to Cancel

Log in to your customer area

Access your OnetSolutions dashboard.

Navigate to product details

Find the specific product you wish to cancel.

Click Cancellation

Look for the “Cancellation” button or link in the product details.

Confirm cancellation

Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation request.
Don’t forget to deactivate any automatic payment methods (PayPal recurring, bank transfers) you may have set up.
