# Commitment & Cancellation

> No-commitment policy and how to cancel your services

All OnetSolutions services are commitment-free. Cancel anytime without penalties.

## No Commitment

## Automatic Renewal

<Note>
  Services automatically renew unless a cancellation request is received at least 15 days before expiry.
</Note>

If you cancel at least 15 days before expiry:

* No renewal invoice is generated
* Service terminates at the end of the current period

## How to Cancel

    Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation request.

  Don't forget to deactivate any automatic payment methods (PayPal recurring, bank transfers) you may have set up.
