# Billing & Payments

> Understand billing, renewals, and payment options at OnetSolutions

OnetSolutions offers commitment-free services, allowing you to cancel at any time without obligations.

## Key Information

    To terminate your services, submit a cancellation request **at least 15 days before the expiry date**. This ensures we can process your request without generating a renewal invoice.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Invoice Access" icon="file-invoice">
    If no termination request is received, an invoice will be generated and available in your customer area for 35 days from the issue date.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Automatic Renewal" icon="arrows-rotate">
    Services renew automatically if no cancellation is requested at least 15 days before expiry. Payment can be made automatically via PayPal or credit card.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Non-Payment Suspension" icon="pause">
    If payment is not received by the product expiry date, the service will be suspended until payment is made.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Domain Name Fees" icon="globe">
    For domain names, the registry charges a fee if renewal does not occur before the expiry date. This fee will be included in your invoice.
